Job Summary: Bharath Auto Cars Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, ensuring they achieve their targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales/service executives to achieve monthly and annual targets. Monitor team performance, provide training, and offer guidance to enhance productivity. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer reach. Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalations, and resolve customer concerns. Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders. Conduct regular team meetings, review reports, and track key performance metrics. Keep up to date with Maruti Suzuki product knowledge and industry trends. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. MS Office Ability to motivate and mentor a team effectively.
