job description:

we are looking for an experienced team leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a bpo outbound voice process, preferably in telesales. the ideal candidate should be performance-driven, target-oriented, and skilled in team management.

key responsibilities:

manage and lead a team of telesales agents

monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement

provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members

handle escalations and ensure excellent customer experience

track and report team performance metrics

ensure adherence to process and quality standards

requirements:

minimum 2 years of experience as team leader in outbound voice (telesales)

strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
