Urgent Hiring | Lead Digital Platforms Department

Company: Bajaj Finserv (Offroll Profile)

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Salary: 15 20 LPA

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Gender: Male & Female candidates preferred

Job Role:

1. Talent Management:

Interface with talent agencies to identify, shortlist, and finalize celebrities (across all grades).

Handle negotiation and closure of contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Coordinate with talent agencies to manage all pre-shoot and shoot-related activities.

2. Production Management:

End-to-end management of shoot projects, including budgeting and planning.

Finalizing production houses, directors, and other vendors.

Supervise all phases of production: pre-production, shoot, and post-production.

Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.

3. Creative Support & Execution:

Brainstorm and contribute creative campaign ideas, content themes, and storytelling for social and digital platforms.

Provide strategic input and feedback to align creatives with the brands vision.

Review and approve final creatives from a branding and compliance standpoint.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing celebrity shoots and handling talent.

Strong knowledge of video production lifecycle scripting to final output.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Must be highly adaptable and solution-oriented.
