As a Team Lead working onsite in Mohali, Punjab with TTEC, you will play a crucial role in bringing humanity to business and ensuring a quality customer experience. Throughout your day, you will coach associates, address employee-related issues, provide training on services, products, or processes, and utilize various tools and applications to accomplish tasks. Additionally, you will mentor your team through constant coaching, feedback, recognition of successes, and addressing challenges when necessary. Your role will impact the financial health of the company as you lead with compassion to retain valuable employees and influence factors such as absenteeism and occupancy. You will need to demonstrate empathetic leadership, maintain professionalism during conflicts, and support high standards of accountability and effective communication within the team. To excel in this role, you should have an associate degree, technical school background, or equivalent work experience.
