Responsibilities 24 years of experience in field sales (minimum 1 year in a team lead role preferred). Prior experience in rooftop solar, telecom, insurance, or home improvement B2C industries is a strong plus. Strong leadership, communication, and performance management capabilities. Hands-on experience in working with CRMs, daily sales tracking, and funnel management. Comfortable with field mobility and working under aggressive targets.
