Interested candidates can email at careers@apexvisas.com Designation: Team Lead Sales Min Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate Location: Pune (Dhole Patil & Viman Nagar), Baroda Job Description: ABM Sales Accountable for achieving individual and team targets Counseling prospective clients for client retention Resolving all issues raised by clients by coordinating with the corporate office Punctual and accurate preparation and submission of MIS Handling queries and convincing clients to avail of skilled migrant visas for Australia, Canada & other countries Reporting and Analysis: Maintenance of Trackers / Databases to update Management on the status of clients, To do in-depth study about services being offered & suggest changes and tweaking to drive business Take care of BTL marketing activities to increase walk-ins and retentions Employee development and Performance management of my team Plan, organize, direct and control the process flow in the department. Resolve problems that arise, such as client escalations during the phase of file processing and address their grievances with suitable solutions.
