Job Description
You will be working as a Senior Project Owner (SPO) at ARDEM Data Services in Lucknow, which is a part of a US-based global professional services company offering Business Process Automation and Business Process Outsourcing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs. As a Senior Project Owner, you will lead and manage a team of process associates, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success. You will assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal resource utilization. Additionally, you will act as a quality checker by reviewing work output, implementing quality control processes, and continuously seeking ways to enhance project quality. Your role will involve analyzing existing data center production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and develop workflow processes for client assignments related to data processing. Creating clear and effective work instructions for the workflow will be essential to ensure efficient team performance. Effective communication with clients in English is crucial to thoroughly understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables. You will keep clients informed about project progress, milestones, and address any issues or challenges that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in project management & team handling. Strong client management skills, leadership experience, quality assurance expertise, and proficiency in analyzing and improving data center production processes are key qualifications for this role. Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Knowledge of accounting principles, data processing, and skills like PMP and Six Sigma will be advantageous. The position is full-time and permanent, with a focus on BPO/Call Centre industry, under the Project & Program Management department.
