Job Description

As a Senior Project Owner (SPO) at ARDEM Data Services, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently at our data processing center in Lucknow. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs. In terms of team leadership, you will lead and manage a team of process associates, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members will be crucial to ensure optimal resource utilization. Quality assurance is a key aspect of the role, as you will act as a quality checker by reviewing work output and ensuring it meets established standards. Implementing quality control processes and continuously seeking ways to improve project quality will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to analyze existing data center production processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements will be essential. The development of workflow processes for client assignments related to data processing will also fall under your purview. Creating clear and effective work instructions for the workflow to ensure team members can efficiently follow them is crucial. Client communication is another significant aspect of the role, requiring you to communicate with clients in English to understand the scope of assignments, project requirements, and deliverables. Keeping clients informed about project progress, milestones, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise will be vital. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and team handling, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, is required. Strong client management skills, leadership experience, quality assurance expertise, proficiency in analyzing and improving data center production processes, and excellent communication skills in English are essential. Additionally, problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are necessary. Knowledge of accounting principles and data processing is a plus, along with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action. Skills in PMP and Six Sigma will be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent role in the BPO/Call Centre industry, specifically within the Project & Program Management department.
