Com/MBA Finance) Prior experience of 5-6 years with minimum Team Handling experience of 2 Years Ability to handle 6-8 team members Strong accounting knowledge, people management, communications, and interpersonal skills, and a keen learner Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel skills, e.g. Pivots, complex formulas, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external) remotely Must be able to work under pressure and prioritize work assigned and work to adhere to tight deadlines An approachable personality and adept at managing and developing capability of team and act with integrity Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting.
