Job Description

You will ensure that the staff is working together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs. This includes completing opening and closing duties, such as setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and maintaining work area cleanliness throughout the day. You will monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing work orders for maintenance repairs, reporting incidents and accidents, and documenting relevant information for management. Furthermore, you will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. It is essential to follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and welcoming and acknowledging guests are also key responsibilities. You will need to communicate effectively, develop positive relationships, support team goals, and ensure quality standards are met. As for qualifications, a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required, along with at least 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory experience or specific license or certification is necessary for this role.
