Job Description
As a Team Lead, Finance at Dun & Bradstreet, you will play a crucial role in preparing financial statements, leading the closure of statutory audits, reviewing accounts receivables, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and India GAAP. Your responsibilities will include recognizing revenue, reviewing key controls, and working towards reducing manual dependencies through automation. You will collaborate with various business units to review intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and provisions for doubtful debts. Your role will also involve working with legal, tax, and FP&A teams to meet various requirements, launch new products, and set up revenue recognition processes. Additionally, you will contribute to improving internal processes, policies, and communication within the organization. To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of US GAAP and IGAAP, and familiarity with Workday Financial System are essential requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in teams are key attributes for success in this position.
