Job Description

You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a document reviewer and QC, supporting a team lead in project management. Ideally, you should also have at least 1 year of experience in team management and leading a team. As a part of your role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15-20 document review and data breach specialists. Your team will be focusing on reviewing documents for various levels of review such as first level review (tagging documents based on responsiveness), second level review, subjective coding, and redfern requests. Additionally, you will be involved in data mining activities. Collaboration with Project Managers (PM) and Assistant Project Managers (APM) will be crucial as you provide insights on keywords for search creation and validations. You will also handle queries, maintain a query log, and discuss updates received from Counsel with the PM and APM. Conducting briefing sessions, sharing daily updates, and performing stratified random sampling and QC on reviewed data will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be accountable for achieving individual reviewer productivity goals, providing refresher training to reviewers, and offering daily performance feedback.
