Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AutoCAD designers. Provide training and development opportunities to team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 2. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure project timelines are met. Manage and prioritize the workload of the AutoCAD team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. 3. Design Oversight: Oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings using AutoCAD. Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, company policies, and client requirements. Review and approve design work to ensure accuracy and quality. 4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve design processes and workflows. Implement best practices in AutoCAD design and project management. Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD tools and technologies and integrate them into the teams work. 5. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and provide technical advice. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality designs on time. 6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all design work complies with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain organized records of all design documents and revisions. Prepare reports on project progress, team performance, and design quality.
