As a Closer at DR, LLC, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of the loan closing process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and generating closing documents according to client specifications, as well as ensuring compliance requirements are met. You will work closely with internal staff, clients, and other agencies to facilitate all closing needs within committed time frames. Your essential job functions will involve resolving closing issues, expediting corrected documents, and accurately transmitting funding information to clients for timely loan funding. You must maintain error-free documentation, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer service surveys meet the designated rating level set by management. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume loan closing, knowledge of HARP and Conventional loan closing documentation requirements, and familiarity with HUD/RESPA/GFE Compliance. You should be proficient in reviewing title commitments, validating closing conditions, and preparing closing documents. Attention to detail, good computer skills in a paperless environment, and strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Additionally, you must be willing to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
