Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic hardware systems for our products 2. Lead the team in delivering robust, efficient, and reliable hardware solutions that meet product specifications and market requirements Responsibilities & Accountabilities Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure project plan are maintained effectively, ensuring awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects Identification of cost reduction methodologies Review and clarify the Hardware Requirements Specification (HRS) with the application team, ensuring alignment with project goals throughout the development lifecycle Ensure reliable Electrical/ Embedded hardware system for the requirements received from application team Review and ensure timely delivery of quality design documents Responsible for follow up of hardware components procurement with SCM Planning, management and co-ordination of projects in order to meet the required project specifications and objectives Keep close control of project scope.
