Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Holiday Packages Team Leader to lead our team of Holiday Package Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment and is eager to make a significant impact. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of sales representatives dedicated to selling holiday packages. Your role will focus on driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets, upholding high performance standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will be tasked with mentoring and developing team members, overseeing sales activities, and fostering a collaborative, high-energy team culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills. Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed team and individual sales targets for holiday packages. Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize sales opportunities, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure the team provides excellent customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Manage escalated customer issues and ensure the team resolves concerns promptly and professionally. Review and ensure that holiday packages are tailored to customers needs, providing the best possible options and experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US Africa and Europe travel trends, including destinations, accommodation, and activities. Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in selling US Africa and Europe travel packages. Proven expertise in handling Indian clients with a focus on high-quality service. Strong knowledge of US Africa & European travel destinations, packages, and attractions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and sell travel experiences.
