Job Title: Team Assistant (Executive Assistant & PMO) Location: Guindy, Chennai Working Days: Monday to Friday (4 days WFO, 1 day WFH) Timing: PST Shift (Start between 6:30 7:30 AM IST, 9-hour workday) Experience Required: 5+ years Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our COO based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will manage the COO's calendar, travel, meetings, and events, while acting as a key liaison between the COO and the sales team. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely project execution and target achievement across teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage travel plans, scheduling, meetings, and event coordination for the COO Act as the single point of contact between the COO and internal teams Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and meet deadlines Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reports Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication across stakeholders Requirements: 5+ years of experience in team coordination or executive assistance Strong communication and organizational skills Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-support environment Note: This role follows the Pacific Standard Time zone.
