As a Tealium iQ Specialist working with our team remotely, you will be a key player in an essential tagging project. Your responsibilities will revolve around implementing, verifying, and ensuring the alignment of tags across our digital properties. Your expertise in Tealium iQ and tag management will be pivotal in meeting the technical requirements of our clients and ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for implementing and configuring Tealium iQ solutions, accurate data collection, integration with various marketing tools, and providing optimal user experiences. Your duties will include collaborating closely with the project team to grasp tagging requirements and technical specifications. You will use Tealium iQ to implement various tags for tracking user interactions, events, and other metrics on our digital platforms. Verification of tag deployment in development and quality assurance environments is crucial, ensuring their proper functionality. Thorough testing is required to confirm that tags align with client requirements and industry best practices. Troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to tag implementation, data collection, or integration with third-party tools will be part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to clarify technical requirements, ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, and provide timely updates on project progress. Documentation of implemented tags, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance of related documentation is essential. Developing and managing data layer variables, extensions, rules, and providing training sessions to internal teams on Tealium iQ usage and best practices will be among your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven expertise in Tealium iQ and tag management implementations. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and time management skills are required. Certifications in Tealium iQ and familiarity with various marketing and analytics tools will be advantageous.
