For the position of Associate Professor, candidates must possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field of design or fine arts from a recognized university, along with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level. A strong record of research and publications in your area of specialization is essential. Prospective Professors should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field of design or fine arts from a recognized university, a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience at the university level, and a distinguished record of research, publications, and creative achievements. Demonstrated leadership in academic and professional associations is also expected. It is important to note that qualifications and experience should align with UGC norms.
