Job Description
You will be responsible for visiting doctors, chemists, and distributors as specified by the company to achieve sales targets. Your duties will include executing sales and marketing activities, collecting orders at the distributor level, conducting Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA), and ensuring timely reporting through the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system. As a TBM/Sr. TBM, you must have a graduate degree (Science/Pharma graduate preferred), with a B.Sc degree being desirable. The ideal candidate will have 0.5 to 4 years of relevant work experience and be between 22 to 30 years old. Computer literacy is required, with at least a working knowledge of computers. Your key deliverables will include consistently achieving the targeted budget month after month and ensuring the availability of products at the chemist and distributor levels. You will be expected to maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders such as ABM/RBM and external parties like doctors, stockists, and chemists. The successful candidate will be well-dressed and presentable, possess high energy, have excellent oral and written English communication skills, command over the local language, be assertive, service-oriented, achievement-oriented, and ambitious. Job-related qualities should include a good track record, strong product knowledge, effective detailing and selling skills, positive referrals from customers, and proficiency in computer literacy.,
