For Tax Operations – Manager

Relevant Tax Experience Range – 5+ Years

Overall Experience Range – 5-10 Years

Mandatory Skills –

• Have a sound understanding of withholding taxes including market rules and regulations as they impact processes and demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret tax regulations
• Have understanding of Asset Services and sound knowledge of global markets and Reorg events
• Have understanding of Transaction Taxes & demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret tax regulations for various jurisdictions
