As a TAS Client Service Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in the Corporate Trust business by providing top-notch service to clients in the structured finance sector. You will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the transaction value chain and the overall satisfaction of clients. Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank is a prominent player in cash management, trade finance & lending, securities services, and Trust & Agency Services. The Trust and Agency Services (TAS) team, with a global presence, offers administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets. As part of this team, you will be involved in supporting various structures, such as Asset Backed Securities, CLOs, Corporate Debt, Project Finance, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include processing client transactions, maintaining internal systems, and generating reports to support front office functions. You will work closely with transaction parties to ensure the smooth administration of debt issuances in compliance with contractual terms. Additionally, you will cover European working hours to support the US business, showcasing your commitment to delivering exceptional service. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in investment banking or corporate banking administration, with a focus on CLO administration and/or loan operations. A strong understanding of the global financial services industry, Fixed income, and Debt Capital Markets will be beneficial. You should also possess basic accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
