Purpose of the role The TSL will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions, including but not limited to Customer Support Associates (CSA), Apprentice hiring, Picker, including full time & Part time employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates. Principal Responsibilities Source and Recruit Apprentices to meet the companies CSA and Apprentice hiring targets. Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGOs, referrals, and networks etc. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates. Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and verifying qualifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Knowledge / Education Minimum Graduate mandatory. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with blue-collar roles & bulk hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates" skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Familiarity with local labor markets and regulations.
