As the Talent Optimisation Lead for APAC and EMEA at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence in talent acquisition programs and systems. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology, HR, and TA Leads to enhance candidate and partner (employee) experiences by implementing lean improvement concepts, optimizing processes, and driving technology transformation. Your contribution as a TA Enablement professional will directly contribute to delivering better care worldwide. Overseeing the health of Talent Optimisation Lead for APAC and EMEA, you will be responsible for supply chain management, demand planning, resource allocation, and driving economies of scale. You will lead process excellence initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure a seamless experience for stakeholders by eliminating duplicative work. Additionally, you will monitor supply chain indicators, conduct predictive analytics, and provide insights to enhance performance and problem prevention. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications, along with 10+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR functions. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of HR processes and systems, and the ability to drive collaborative relationships across functions are essential. You will be required to work in a virtual team environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
