Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following responsibilities: Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Reviewing applications to pre-screen candidates and conducting initial phone screens to assess their qualifications. Identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with the company's needs. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and background screenings. Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback. Managing the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms. Assisting and coordinating the end-to-end campus hiring process. Maintaining data integrity within the application tracking system (Greenhouse). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (MBA in HR preferred). Flexible working hours from 11 am to 8 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm shift (Mon-Fri). Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently. Two or more years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing firm, including sourcing and managing the full employee life cycle. Outstanding communication skills, organizational abilities, and negotiation skills. Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment. Experience with Greenhouse would be a plus. Proficiency in MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience managing stakeholders and prioritizing multiple searches and projects.
