Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Work Mode: On-site    Job Summary:  We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and a passion for finding the right talent. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring cycles across various departments and domains, collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements.    Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across various levels and functions (IT & Non-IT). 
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client/hiring manager requirements. 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategies. 
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles. 
  • Manage and update ATS/database with accurate candidate information. 
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates throughout the process. 
  • Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines. 
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and metrics. 
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  Key Requirements: 
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field. 
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in both IT and Non-IT hiring
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics. 
  Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience working in staffing/recruitment firms or consulting environments. 
  • Exposure to hiring for mid to senior-level positions. 
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
