Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end bulk hiring independently. Source, screen, and schedule candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview processes. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline. Lead a small hiring team if required. Requirements : 3+ years of recruitment experience. Proven success in bulk/volume hiring. Prior experience with B2C/startup companies (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, UrbanClap). Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills. Team handling experience is a plus.,
