Job Summary: We are looking for a result-driven Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in closing DevOps and developer positions. The ideal candidate shall have a strong ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop & implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates Manage & drive end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets. Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. Schedule & Co-ordinate interviews & ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Assist in developing job description and specifications. Maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information, update MIS and recruitment dashboard. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Key Skills & Qualification: 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience Strong sourcing skills and experience in meeting recruitment targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
