Key Responsibilities - Long-term Commitment: Commit to working with IgniteAndRise for at least 90 days, contributing to team growth and success. Provide insights to improve recruitment processes. Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, focusing on sales roles. Build a strong pipeline for both fresher and experienced positions. - Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct interviews and provide feedback. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Use various sourcing channels to reach potential candidates without relying on job portals initially. - Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Proven 3 years" experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. - Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software. - Understanding of labor laws and regulations. - Strong decision-making skills.
