Job Description

 

Role and Responsibilities -

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Build and maintain strong relationships with department leaders to gain insight into team structures, hiring priorities, and specific job requirements.

  • Job Posting & Employer Branding: Write clear, engaging job descriptions and post them across job boards, professional networks, and social media to attract top-tier talent while promoting the company's brand.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a mix of sourcing methods including referrals, job portals, Boolean searches, and social platforms to identify qualified candidates and proactively build talent pipelines.

  • Candidate Management: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidates through the full hiring cycle from interviews and assessments to offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.

  • Database Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized ATS or candidate database, ensuring timely updates on applicant status, pipeline development, and talent pool categorization (active, passive, hired, exited).

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, on-site) with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Execute creative strategies to attract passive talent through social media, professional groups, virtual events, and targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Interview Coordination & Feedback: Schedule and facilitate interviews, gather feedback from interviewers, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in completing new-hire paperwork and ensure compliance with documentation and onboarding protocols for selected candidates

Requirements -

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Work Experience in recruitment.
  • Minimum qualification should Graduation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Strong Conviction and Negotiation Skills
  • Post-Graduate/MBA will be preferred.
