Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter with strong expertise in handling IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible exclusively for the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offer rollouts. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process specifically for IT profiles. Source and attract candidates using various job portals, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize job descriptions. Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates. Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare regular hiring reports. Manage job postings, employer branding, and talent pipeline development for IT roles.
