Position: HR Executive Location: Lucknow Experience: Minimum 6 months in HR Qualification: Graduate (Any) Job Summary :- The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within an organization. The primary goal is to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The HR Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements.
