Talent Acquisition Manager


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our recruitment strategies and drive talent delivery across verticals. The ideal candidate will be a people-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of TA Executives to ensure timely hiring across functions
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies and pipelines
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements
  • Drive bulk and niche hiring for Sales and Support roles
  • Ensure quality of hire, process compliance, and hiring SLAs
  • Build strong employer branding and referral programs
  • Provide regular dashboards and hiring analytics to leadership


Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably from B2B or e-commerce industry)
  • Proven team management or mentoring experience
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of hiring for sales, operations, or field roles is an advantage
