Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our recruitment strategies and drive talent delivery across verticals. The ideal candidate will be a people-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of TA Executives to ensure timely hiring across functions
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies and pipelines
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements
- Drive bulk and niche hiring for Sales and Support roles
- Ensure quality of hire, process compliance, and hiring SLAs
- Build strong employer branding and referral programs
- Provide regular dashboards and hiring analytics to leadership
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably from B2B or e-commerce industry)
- Proven team management or mentoring experience
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of hiring for sales, operations, or field roles is an advantage
