Description PENNEP is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts, Candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. Under the guidance of specialists, Candidates get knowledge in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while contributing their innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews. Create and post compelling job descriptions. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team. Help build and maintain a talent pipeline. Gather feedback from candidates for process improvement. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team. Nice to Have Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
