Job Description
We are looking for a TA Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and help find and bring talents for MyOperator. You will be required to source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews and oversee the entire hiring process. Responsibilities- Work with the HR manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employees. Interview the best candidates and build a strong team. Develop creative sourcing techniques to getting extraordinary talents. Partner with the external vendors in building the hiring talents funnel. Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings. Conduct screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees. Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process viz. schedules interviews, extends job offers and finally brings in talent onboard. Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads.
