Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at House of EdTech in Baner, Pune, you will play a crucial role in transforming education through innovation and digital enablement. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining HR databases, employee records, and documentation, as well as overseeing attendance, leave management, and other employee lifecycle activities. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to drafting HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Your role will also involve coordinating training programs, performance reviews, and feedback processes, while actively seeking process improvements for smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field and possess 1-4 years of experience in recruitment. A good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices is essential, along with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic HRMS tools is also required.
