Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Mangaluru. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical and communication skills to source and attract top talent for the organization. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Facilitate feedback collection and manage communication with candidates throughout the process. Develop and maintain a robust talent pool for future hiring needs. Qualifications Effective Communication and Customer Service skills 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles is preferred. Analytical Skills for market research and talent evaluation Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
