Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements Ensuring 100% staffing adequacy in the regions mapped. Stakeholder management Processing Pre and Post joining formalities Campus recruitment Requirements and Skills: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Should have good Communication and Presentation Skills MBA HR will be preferred. Should have good working knowledge on MS Office and Excel,
