Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the maintenance of requisite Manpower Requisition (MRF) with necessary approvals and tracking the same. You will engage in discussions with concerned stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the manpower requirements. Your duties will include job advertisement, screening, sourcing, shortlisting profiles from various channels such as job portals, internal references, and headhunting. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews with the technical team, handling salary negotiations, and preparing offer letters with the required approvals. Following up with candidates from the offer stage to onboarding will be a crucial part of your role. Actively participating in all recruitment activities including campus drives, off-campus hiring, and walk-ins will be expected. Additionally, you will play a key role in employee engagement activities such as organizing Birthday celebrations, Monthly Pep talks, and collecting feedback from employees to address their concerns and implement necessary action plans. Ensuring strict compliance with customer and regulatory audit documentation will be essential. Any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) should be performed diligently.
