The ideal candidate will oversee the entire hiring process, from posting job openings to screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Additionally, they will play a key role in employer branding strategies, coordinating recruitment efforts, and offering guidance to hiring managers. Collaboration with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that ensure a positive candidate experience is a crucial aspect of this role.
