As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Boomi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring journey. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System, supporting new hire onboarding activities, and assisting with recruiting events such as job fairs and on-campus recruiting. To thrive in this role, you should be detail-oriented, flexible, and energized by fast-paced, collaborative work. With your 12+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, you will excel in scheduling across multiple time zones, managing calendars, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills in business-level English. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Being tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack will also be beneficial for this role. Additionally, having familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and experience in a tech/SaaS environment would be advantageous.
