Additionally, you will be involved in headhunting suitable candidates and matching them with the client's vacancies by using candidate databases. As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to request references, assess applicant suitability, and brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits. Coordinating candidate interviews, providing interview feedback, and addressing any team member feedback or conflicts will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to encourage creativity and risk-taking among team members while working towards and surpassing placement targets. Regularly reviewing recruitment policies to enhance selection techniques and recruitment programs will also be essential to ensure their effectiveness.,
