Position Details:

  • Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day, 6 days a week

  • Role Responsibilities:
    As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will conduct telephonic interviews with candidates using a script provided by the client. You will also be responsible for accurately recording and managing candidate information, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the process.
    Your role will include collaborating with the HR team to streamline candidate processing and contributing to the development of effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Any Graduation

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and pleasant phone manner

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • Experience:
    Prior experience in HR roles is beneficial but not required; we encourage graduates with strong communication skills to apply.
