Utilize various channels like job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. For HR Operations and Employee Engagement, your responsibilities include assisting in performance management, training, and development initiatives. You will maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation. Handling employee queries and grievances to create a healthy work environment is crucial. Conduct engagement activities, team-building events, and HR wellness programs to enhance workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and standards. Your Educational Qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR functions. A strong understanding of recruitment trends and HR best practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
