We need freshers or 1 yrs. experience in the HR on-boarding and Background screening process.* Role Description An Analyst supports the delivery of the banks internal and external recruitment and internal mobility activities. Responsibilities may include candidate management, new hire and local to local onboarding, document and contract management, transaction management, ensuring HR systems are updated and employee system profiles are set up, processing of invoices and involvement in day one orientation activities. An Analyst may also be responsible for background screening to validate candidate background in compliance with applicable regulatory and local legal requirements as detailed in the requisite HR policy, performing checks and validation of screening reports and escalating discrepancies, including immigration compliance where applicable.
