You are a Tableau Developer with over 5 years of experience, sought to become a valuable member of our Core Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will involve working on significant BI projects utilizing Tableau and associated tools. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of Tableau Desktop and Server, encompassing add-ons like Data and Server Management. You will be expected to translate business requirements into actionable insights, creating wireframes, and finalizing KPIs, calculations, and designs. Your role will also involve active participation in design discussions to implement dashboard and report best practices. It will be essential to develop scalable BI and Analytics products based on feedback, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. You should be adept at proposing multiple solutions for a given problem by leveraging the functionality of the tools at your disposal. Optimizing data sources and dashboards while meeting business requirements will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration with product, platform, and program teams will be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of dashboards and reports. Your ability to provide suggestions and receive feedback will be crucial in delivering future-ready dashboards. Additionally, you will be responsible for peer-reviewing team members" dashboards, offering constructive feedback to enhance overall design quality. Proficiency in SQL, UI/UX practices, and alation is required, with a solid understanding of creating effective data models for reporting purposes. Mentoring less experienced team members will also be part of your role, contributing to the growth and development of the team as a whole.,
