Job Description

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in T24 architecture and components such as Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Multi-threading, browser, Securities, AA, TAFC, TAFJ, etc. You should possess a strong knowledge of updating technical solution documents and building software according to BRD & FSD. Additionally, familiarity with Integration Framework, Process Workflow, Web-services, OFS, R18, Interfaces, JBOSS, TOCF, Java, etc., is required. Collaboration with the SIT team, Technical Architects, BRMs (Business Relationship Managers), Project Managers, and Business Stakeholders is essential for this role. Knowledge of Loans and Deposits would be considered an added advantage. Your primary responsibility will be in the area of Software Engineering, involving the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. You are expected to apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Furthermore, you will be accountable for developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Your role demands original thought, judgment, and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. You are also required to enhance your software engineering skills and expertise to meet the standard expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. Collaboration and teamwork with other software engineers and stakeholders are crucial aspects of this role. In terms of secondary skills, you must be able to comprehend requirements, functional solutions, technical solutions, and develop based on them. The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment while being self-driven is essential. Additionally, you should have the capability to derive Service (Interfaces) requirements from the process. Key Performance Indicators for this role include ensuring 100% compliance with standards/principles set by the Bank/Enterprise Architect in solution design, maintaining a high degree of relationship and professional rapport with any IT/Partner/Business stakeholder you interact with, delivering high-quality design specifications, ensuring 100% completeness of solutions, performing effective design reviews to avoid gaps in the design, and designing sustainable and high-performing solutions.
