Job Description

Position Title: System Engineer
Location: Noida
Qualification: 3 Year Diploma/Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science/C-DAC
Experience: 3 Years to 4 Years
Salary Range : 6 to 8 LPA
Notice period :- immediate to 15 Days Max.
Interview: Candidates need to be present for Personal Interview at our office.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Minimum 4 Years of experience in Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, and basic knowledge of RHEL.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in managing 24 X 7 environment (NOC).
• Good understanding of Hyper-V virtualization technology and ability to resolve issues related to Virtual servers.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Failover Cluster, Windows Server 2016 & 2019 Installation & Roles and Feature Configuration.
• Knowledge of Application Support.
• Good working knowledge of IIS troubleshooting, configuration, backup, restoration, Pool creation/modification.
• Deployment of Application on IIS.
• Knowledge of Application High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedure.
• Support to members for application and connectivity.
• Good Knowledge of Application patch deployment in Production Environment.
• Good knowledge on monitoring tool like SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, Grafana etc.
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Should demonstrate good interpersonal and customer support skill.
• Should be able to discuss and understand technical issues with members and rectify them promptly.
• Ability to decide on corrective measures and ability to resolve the incidents within stated SLA.
• Can identify and interpret key policies, standards and procedures affecting own area.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding and highly visible environment without constant guidance.
• Technical Support experience in SSL, SFTP, MPLS etc.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, File Server, and Print Server etc.
• Good understanding of Information Security concepts and various technologies used to implement them in environment.
• OS related configuration/ service configuration & troubleshooting.
• Patch Management & implementation of proactive recommendation.
