Roles & Responsibilities: Configure internal systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Supervise the Operations team Upgrade the network infrastructure. Install servers, devices and firewalls. Train new system users and set up their accounts. Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware. Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications. Update technical documentation. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Working Experience with object oriented modern scripting or programming languages and open-source technologies will be added advantage. Effective communication skills with a positive attitude to engage with stakeholders. Experience working with backend systems and high availability systems. Substantial work experience on Nutanix and VMWare Environment Familiarity with Citrix Environment and Trouble Shooting Minimum 3+ years in depth experience O365 and Azure AD Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide alternative solutions to any problems. Update and Patch management through different patch management tools as Landex, SCCM, etc Demonstrated skills and experience with AD and Datacenter Management Understanding of web application architectures and support. Good experience and understanding of continuous integration and deployment process. Through Knowledge of DevOps structure and environment. Knowledge in working with AWS or other cloud platform.,
