Job Description

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. Your primary duties will include: - Implementing, migrating, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops with efficiency and accuracy. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Windows operating systems and managing Outlook email services effectively. - Planning and executing server setups and configurations to meet the organization's requirements. - Managing network configurations and ensuring optimal network performance and security. - Configuring and maintaining firewalls, ensuring robust security protocols are in place, and troubleshooting any security-related issues. - Having knowledge and experience with cloud technologies would be advantageous. - Familiarity with Linux desktop environments is preferred. - Installing and upgrading computer components and software, managing virtual servers, and streamlining automation processes. - Being open to learning new processes as needed and showcasing your skills to contribute to the growth of the organization. - Overseeing tasks such as CCTV management and server maintenance. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in B.Sc. CS, B.Sc. IT, BE/B.Tech CS, IT, or a related field. - Strong expertise in systems, networking software, hardware, and protocols. - Experience working with scripting, documentation, and automation tools. - Proficiency in implementing and developing best practices for helpdesk and IT operations, including security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery. - Any additional knowledge in fields like electrical or plumbing would be beneficial.
